Customer Support Specialist with English
Hi! We are looking for a full-time, motivated and confident Customer Support Specialist to join our amazing Support Team.

If you:
  • a team player;
  • communicative, client oriented and know-how to win customer's trust;
  • have high written and verbal communication skills;
  • have level of English at least Upper - Intermediate;
  • confident high PC user;
  • can type fast;
  • can work under time pressure and don't lose the focus;
  • have a desire for a personal growth and development.

You are the one who we need!

Your key responsibilities will be:
  • communicate with existing and new customers via chats, mails and calls;
  • update your knowledge of the product;
  • create issue reports and tasks, monitor their completion.
